We’re not a typical medical clinic, and we want you to understand that before you ever commit to anything. Most places treat whatever’s hurting right now. We look at the whole body and work to find the real, root cause of your pain — because pain is usually the last thing to show up, and chasing it alone rarely keeps it from coming back.

Your complimentary consultation is where that conversation starts.

What to Expect

1. Schedule Your Consult

Give us a call or book online. No referral needed — just time set aside to talk about what you’re dealing with.

2. Meet With Your Case Manager

You’ll sit down with one of our case managers, one on one. They’ll take the time to hear about every problem, every symptom, everything that’s been getting in the way of your life — not rushed, not cut short. This is where we start building a real relationship, not just filling out paperwork. Along the way, they’ll also explain what makes Resolve Medical different: how we look at the whole body instead of just the part that hurts.

3. Choose Whether to See Our Nurse Practitioner

If your case manager believes we may be able to help, they’ll encourage you to take the next step: a same-day exam with our provider, who is in-network with most insurance plans. This exam is entirely your choice — we’ll never pressure you into it. But it’s the piece that lets us give you real answers instead of guesses, because pain is usually the last thing to show up, and it takes an actual exam to find out what’s really going on underneath it.

4. Your Whole Team Reviews Your Case

Here’s where Resolve Medical really sets itself apart: your file doesn’t stop with one provider. Our providers and case managers meet every day to review cases together as a team, pulling from every specialty under our roof to build a treatment plan around you — not just whatever one person happens to know. Because we take the time to do this right, you’ll come back in just a day or two to go over your personalized plan together. It’s a multi-specialty approach most patients have never had access to in one place.

A Second Opinion, Before You Commit to Something Bigger

If you’ve been told surgery or a cortisone shot is your next step, this is a good place to pause first. Our consultation — and the exam that can follow it — gives you a second set of eyes on your situation before you commit to something painful, invasive, or hard to undo. Sometimes that confirms what you’ve already been told. Often, it opens up options you didn’t know you had.
